A microbus traveling from Kurintar to Muglin collided with a truck this morning at Kurintar, Chitwan, injuring thirteen passengers. Police report that some of the passengers sustained serious injuries.
Nirla Bhandari, inspector at the Muglin Area Police Office, detailed that those with serious injuries were transported to Chitwan’s Old Medical College for treatment. The remaining passengers with minor injuries were treated at the Kurintar Cooperative Hospital.
The truck driver is currently in police custody at Muglin.
