The lifeless body of a woman believed to be in her late 40s or early 50s, was discovered in the Badigad River within Chandrakot Rural Municipality-8. The grim finding was reported to local authorities by concerned residents.
Ramkumar KC, Police Inspector of the Gulmi District Police Office, confirmed the incident. Efforts are now underway to identify the deceased, with information disseminated across the district and neighboring areas.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death has been initiated.
