There is interesting news for survival horror fans but, this time, it does not concern Resident Evil, but the Konami Silent Hill franchise. After the great success of the revival of the second chapter of the series, of which you can find our review at this link, the developers seem seriously intent on investing time and energy in the project, also churning out completely new episodes.
Excellent news arrives from distant South Korea regarding the future of the franchise, since, as the well-known international newspaper GamingBolt mentions, the new chapter of the series would have been definitively classified in the country, with a candidacy presumably arriving in December.
Silent Hill F thus appears among the titles currently classified in South Korea, but the information in our possession is still very little: a release date for the project is missing and the platforms on which the game will arrive have not yet been communicated, even if we can expect these to be PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
In the meantime, let’s not forget that Konami is working on a further chapter of the series, namely Silent Hill: Townfall. Also regarding this chapter, unfortunately, information is scarce, so we can only wait for more precise official statements from the developers.
