Pokhara, Nepal โ A school bus carrying students from New Model Secondary School collided with parked Taxis on Friday afternoon in Pokhara. The accident occurred at Gharipatan Chowk, causing significant damage to three taxis.
The bus, identified as Ga 1 Ka 4661, was traveling in Pokhara-8 when it veered off course and crashed into the parked cars. The incident took place around 3:00 PM.
Dal Bahadur Gurung, the 54-year-old bus driver from Pokhara-9, was injured in the accident and was immediately taken to Gandaki Medical College for medical treatment.
The collision caused substantial damage to the parked vehicles. Taxi No. Ga 1 Ja 2934 suffered damage to both its front and rear sections, while Taxi No. Ga 1 Ja 2241 sustained damage to its front. Taxi No. Ga 1 Ja 4180 had its bumper and glass broken.
Despite the crash, all 20 students on board the bus were reported to be unharmed.
