SAFF U-20 Championship Kicks Off in Nepal Today

The much-awaited SAFF U-20 Championship is set to begin today with the host nation, Nepal, taking on Sri Lanka. The tournament will be held at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato and will run until August 28, 2024.

A total of six South Asian countries are participating in the championship: Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives, and Bhutan. The teams have been divided into two groups: Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka in Group A, and India, Maldives, and Bhutan in Group B.

Football fans across the country are eagerly anticipating the start of the tournament, as Nepal aims to make a strong showing on home soil.
