Kathmandu, Nepal – Renowned Bollywood director Rajkumar Hirani is scheduled to visit Nepal next week to watch the Nepali film “Shambhala.” The director and producer of “Shambhala,” Min Bahadur Bham, confirmed the visit.
Hirani had expressed his desire to see the film while in Berlin, but due to scheduling conflicts, he was unable to do so. Excited to experience “Shambhala” on the big screen, he will now be traveling to Kathmandu specifically for the screening.
During his stay in Nepal, Hirani will also visit Pokhara. The Film Development Board is planning to organize a special event for him during his visit.
Hirani’s previous films, including “3 Idiots,” “PK,” “Sanju,” and “Dunki,” have been highly successful in the Nepali box office.
Last week, another Bollywood director, Anurag Kashyap, and actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui attended the premiere of “Shambhala.” The film is now showing in theaters nationwide.
