Koshi Haraicha, Nepal โ Prakash Rai, a renowned bodybuilder and the recent winner of the fifth Mr Kathmandu physical fitness competition, has tragically passed away. The 45-year-old, who clinched the gold medal in the bodybuilding event just last Saturday, succumbed to a heart attack on Wednesday morning.
Rai was rushed to Grande Hospital in critical condition but was unable to be revived despite medical intervention. The hospital confirmed his death during treatment.
The news of Rai’s untimely demise has sent shockwaves through the local bodybuilding community. He was widely admired for his dedication, talent, and positive spirit. His victory in the Mr Kathmandu competition, particularly in the above 75 kg weight category, was a testament to his hard work and commitment to fitness.
