Kathmandu police arrested a 24-year-old man on Wednesday for possession of 15 grams of a substance believed to be brown heroin. Sagar Thapa, a resident of Birtamod Municipality-8, Jhapa, was traveling on a bus from Kakarbhitta to Kathmandu when authorities conducted a check at Nagdhunga in Chandragiri Municipality-2.
District Police Complex spokesperson, SP Nabaraj Adhikari, confirmed the arrest and the seizure of the suspected drugs. Further investigations are currently underway.
