This January 21, a new collaboration with Pokémon for its iconic happy meal will begin to arrive at McDonald’s restaurants. This will bring, as always, a toy, but inspired by the fun creatures, as well as different cards from its collectible card game.

The news was released a few days ago with its arrival date for January 21, so those who do not want to be left without their Pokémon box should go to their nearest McDonald’s. Some network users report that in certain branches it is already possible to purchase them.

Among the toys available are a Terapagos watering can, a Captain Pikachu water mill, Sprigatito utensil set, Quaxly water launcher, Pikachu roller shaper, Sprigatito telescope and finally a pokeball that serves as a compass. All inspired by the anime Horizontes, which is about to premiere its second season in the region.

We recommend: Pokémon TCG Prismatic Evolutions is now available and can be obtained in these packages

As for the Pokémon Trading Card Game cards that you can receive along with your toy, there is one of Charizard, one of Pikachu and finally one of Rayquaza. Since these types of cards are usually highly sought after by fans, it is best to run for your happy meal right now.

Can we expect more from this collaboration between McDonald’s and Pokémon?

Although in Mexico we will have these toys and cards, in the United States they have a different collaboration. There, the happy boxes have four different designs that feature different Pokémon such as Charizard, Pikachu and Rayquaza, as well as an additional reward.

By ordering a happy meal from the restaurant’s official app, customers can receive different rewards within the Pokémon TCG Pocket mobile game. These are up to 24 clocks to unlock packs and 12 for magic choice clocks. Unfortunately we do not know if this same promotion will reach Mexico in the future. Would you like it?
