With multiple attractions and recreational facilities, the Dasara Exhibition Ground has emerged as a favourite destination among visitors, particularly during weekends, offering a complete package of entertainment.

Although Dasara has come to an end, entertainment continues in sprawling Doddakere Maidana, giving tourists yet another reason to visit the venue.

Claimed to be the longest fountain in south India, the 800-metre-long musical fountain presents four shows between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., featuring six songs.

This year’s distinctive attraction is the Rajiv Gandhi Dragon Pond, which offers boating facilities and captivating laser shows, providing visitors with a unique experience. The towering dragon, appearing to spew fire from its mouth against the dark surroundings, leaves the audience awestruck. Around ten small boats have been deployed to ferry visitors across the pond. Considering the huge response, the Karnataka Exhibition Authority (KEA) is planning to keep the attraction throughout the year.
