Eleven people were injured in a microbus accident along the BP Highway in Sindhuli district. The incident occurred near the Sunkoshi Marin diversion area, on the route from Sarlahi towards Kathmandu.
According to police reports, the microbus plunged approximately 30 meters down from the road. A joint rescue team comprised of Nepal Police and personnel from the Armed Forces Disaster Management Security Base Khurkot responded to the scene. The injured passengers were transported to Khurkot for medical attention and are currently receiving treatment at Shubha Jeewan Hospital.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by police.
