LUMBINI PROVINCE, NEPAL – In a swift move, Lumbini Province Chief Minister Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary has dismissed two Maoist Center ministers, Finance Minister Dhan Bahadur Maski Rana and Urban Development Minister Krishna KC. This action follows the Maoist Center’s decision to withdraw support from the provincial government.
The remaining parties in the state government include the Nepali Congress, Janata Samajwadi Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party, Democratic Samajwadi Party, and Janamat Party.
The Maoist Center’s decision to withdraw support from the Lumbini government occurred on Wednesday.
