Sankhuwasabha: A man was tragically killed by a lightning strike in Sankhuwasabha district on Saturday.
Tirtharaj Katwal, 34, of Silichong Rural Municipality-4, Mantewa, lost his life after lightning struck his house. The incident occurred during the night, and Katwal was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been sent to the district hospital for a post-mortem examination.
