A landslide in Sitganga Municipality-13, Simalpani, Arghakhanchi, claimed the life of a 35-year-old man on Tuesday morning. Bishnu Thapa was crushed by the landslide when it struck his two-story concrete shed.
Thapa had gone to retrieve his domesticated animals from the cowshed when the landslide occurred. The incident also resulted in the deaths of a cow and two goats.
The District Police Office, Arghakhanchi, is investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
