In a noteworthy development, the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has released diffusion notices targeting Amala Roka, a significant individual implicated in a major gold smuggling case, that revolves around the transportation of 60 kilograms of gold.

The issuance of these notices follows a recommendation put forth by the National Control Bureau (NCB), a detail confirmed by Navraj Adhikari, the spokesperson for the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB).

The intense scrutiny of Amala Roka’s involvement in the smuggling operation, which saw the transportation of 60 kilograms and 716 grams of gold from Hong Kong to Kathmandu, has drawn heightened attention from law enforcement agencies, with the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) leading the charge in investigating the case.
