Sandhikharka: A tragic car accident claimed the life of a 26-year-old driver on Sunday. The incident occurred in Sandhikharka Municipality-11, Dhunge Deurali, when a car with an Indian number plate HR 55 AU 8793, traveling from Malarani towards Sandhikharka, veered off the road and plunged 800 meters down a steep slope.
The deceased has been identified as Nabin Nepali, a 26-year-old resident of Malarani Rural Municipality-7.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Chakra Bahadur Malla stated that the challenging terrain and steep road conditions at the accident site hindered the search and rescue efforts.
