SJCE-STEP and JAIN Launchpad will organise a Demo Day for 20 start-ups to showcase their solutions and engage with investors at an event in Mysuru on Friday.

Organised under the Karnataka Acceleration Network (KAN) programme with the support of the Department of Electronics, IT and BT, Government of Karnataka, and the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission, the Demo Day will provide a platform for emerging ventures to explore opportunities for funding, partnerships and business growth.

In a statement, SJCE-STEP Chief Executive Officer B. Shivashankar said the event comes at a time when strengthening regional start-up ecosystems has become an important part of expanding Karnataka’s innovation economy. “By connecting start-ups with investors, industry leaders and ecosystem enablers, the KAN programme seeks to create pathways for promising ventures to grow beyond metropolitan centres and build scalable businesses from cities such as Mysuru,” he said.
