The lifeless body of a man was discovered in a river in Shantinagar Rural Municipality-4, Dang. The deceased has been identified as Indra Bahadur Bhandari, a resident of Babai Rural Municipality-3.
According to the police, Bhandari had left his home on Monday to visit the Hapure market. However, he was found dead in a secluded river area known as Patetakura.
The District Police Office, Dang, is investigating the circumstances surrounding Bhandari’s death.
