Baglung, Nepal – A flash flood in Baglung district has resulted in two deaths and one person remains missing. Arjun Sapkota (23) and Abhishek Regmi (22), both residents of the same area, were swept away by the floodwaters in Bandre River. Their bodies were later recovered downstream.
A third individual, Kamal Sapkota (20), is still missing after being carried away by the flood while crossing the river on a motorcycle. Rescue efforts are ongoing to locate him.
