Namibia’s innings struggled from the start, managing only 72 runs in 17 overs. Gerhard Erasmus was the top scorer for Namibia with 36 runs off 43 balls. Michael van Lingen and Ruben Trumpelmann contributed 10 and 7 runs respectively. Australia’s bowlers were in exceptional form, with Adam Zampa taking a remarkable 4 wickets for just 12 runs in his 4 overs, earning him the Player of the Match title. In response, Australia chased down the target swiftly, scoring 74 runs in just 5.4 overs. Namibia’s only breakthrough came from David Wiese, who took 1 wicket for 15 runs in his single over.
